Our senior staff members oversee the final decision-making, taking into account all available information and staff opinions to protect the digital realm effectively.

Job Description:

STORM Systems is seeking a creative and socially conscious individual to join our Community and Outreach Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in raising awareness about our platform, educating the online community, and promoting the importance of digital safety. You will be responsible for developing and sharing engaging content across various social media channels to inform and engage our target audience.

Please note this role will not be involved in handling support tickets or reports. Members of this team will not be given access to any sensitive NDA-protected information and simply be there to act as a representative of the platform, and the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce high-quality, visually appealing, and informative content for our social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in discussions surrounding online safety.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and use analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, and impact. Adjust content strategies based on data insights.
Visual Assets: Create and edit graphics, images, and videos to complement social media posts, enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of our content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to STORM Systems’ brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional online presence.
